Chocolate Fudge Filling


  • 350 gm chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ¾ cup condensed milk / milkmaid
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Pinch of Salt


  1. Add all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well
  2. Heat the condensed milk in a pan and as soon as it comes to a boil, turn off the gas. Add vanilla essence to it
  3. Pour this liquid over the dry ingredients, let it rest for 2-5 minutes and as soon as the chocolate starts melting give it a good mix using a whisker. Whisk it until smooth and refrigerate for around an hour

Point to note:

  • The mix will eventually become thick, don’t worry. It will be easier to spread. Ensure you use spatula to spread
  • Alternatively, evaporated milk can also be used instead of condensed milk
