Ingredients:
- 350 gm chocolate chips
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- ¾ cup condensed milk / milkmaid
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Pinch of Salt
Procedure:
- Add all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well
- Heat the condensed milk in a pan and as soon as it comes to a boil, turn off the gas. Add vanilla essence to it
- Pour this liquid over the dry ingredients, let it rest for 2-5 minutes and as soon as the chocolate starts melting give it a good mix using a whisker. Whisk it until smooth and refrigerate for around an hour
Point to note:
- The mix will eventually become thick, don’t worry. It will be easier to spread. Ensure you use spatula to spread
- Alternatively, evaporated milk can also be used instead of condensed milk
