Ingredients:
- 120 gm fresh cream (refrigerated)
- 160 gm milk chocolate / choco chips
Procedure:
- In a pan, heat the cream until bubbles are formed. Switch off the gas as soon as the first bubble pops up. Do not overheat as this will release oil
- Add the melted milk chocolate/choco chips to the cream and mix it well
- Let the mix cool down at room temperature and the chocolate ganache is ready to use
