Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients:

  • 120 gm fresh cream (refrigerated)
  • 160 gm milk chocolate / choco chips

Procedure:

  1. In a pan, heat the cream until bubbles are formed. Switch off the gas as soon as the first bubble pops up. Do not overheat as this will release oil
  2. Add the melted milk chocolate/choco chips to the cream and mix it well
  3. Let the mix cool down at room temperature and the chocolate ganache is ready to use
