The delicious, super quick, flavourful bowl of happiness is a go to recipe with your Chinese platter. This bowl of yumminess can be made in less than 30 minutes including preparation time with simple ingredients.

Ingredients:
- 1 big bowl of boiled rice
- 1-2 chopped green chili
- 4-5 finely chopped garlic
- 1 cup finely chopped onions
- 1 cup finely chopped capsicum (mix of green, yellow and red)
- 1 cup finely chopped carrots
- ½ cup boiled corn
- ½ cup thinly sliced baby corn
- ½ cup greens of green onion
- 2-3 tbsp schezwan sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 cup of diced paneer
- Salt, to taste
- Oregano
- Chili flakes
- Oil
Procedure:
- In a pan, heat some oil and add chopped chili and garlic
- Now, add chopped onion. When onion turns golden in colour add capsicum and sauté the veggies
- Add carrots and baby corn. Let it cook for a while and then add boiled corn and paneer
- Add schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup, soya sauce and vinegar. Mix well so that all the veggies and paneer cubes get coated with the sauce
- Add salt, oregano and chili flakes and mix well
- Add rice to the prepared sauce and mix well
- Add chopped green onions and mix well. Serve hot
