Bread Pizza (Brizza)

When you crave for pizza but can’t go out, what comes to the rescue is the piece of bread in your fridge. One of the simplest and easiest recipe to make cheesy pizza at home and break the myth that pizza takes time. Here is the Break&Binge’s bread pizza made from scratch using green veggies to make it nutrition rich while loading some carbs.

Hot and crisp Brizza served with some hot chips

• 1 cup finely chopped tomato
• 1 cup finely chopped onions
• 1 cup finely chopped zucchini
• 1 cup finely chopped carrots
• 1 cup finely chopped capsicum
• 1 cup boiled corn
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• Salt, as per taste
• Oregano
• Chili flakes
• Black pepper
• 1 packet of bread of your choice
For sauce base:
• 3 tbsp mayonnaise
• 3 tbsp schezwan sauce

  1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 mins
  2. Half bake the bread in the oven
  3. Till the bread is baking, prepare the pizza sauce by mixing mayonnaise and schezwan sauce
  4. Mix all the veggies in a bowl, add salt, black pepper, oregano and chili flakes as per taste
  5. Now, spread the sauce prepared on the bread
  6. Spread some mozzarella cheese
  7. Add the veggies
  8. Top it with fresh cheese and sprinkle oregano and chili flakes as per taste
  9. Put the prepared toast in the oven until the cheese completely melt down
  10. Serve it hot and crisp
