
Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp curd/yogurt
- 1 small onion, square cut
- ½ cup capsicum, square cut
- 1 cup paneer (cottage cheese), square cut
- 2 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp chili flakes
- Black salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tsp dry garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 drops of Tabasco
- Shredded cheese
- Bread slices
- 2 tbsp schezwan chutney
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Procedure:
- In a bowl, add yogurt and all the dry ingredients. Mix it well
- Add paneer (cottage cheese) cubes to it. Ensure the mix is well coated and keep it to marinate in refrigerator for at least 15-20 minutes
- Meanwhile, prepare the base sauce by mixing schezwan chutney and mayonnaise
- Saute the onions and capsicum in a pan until onion turns golden in colour
- Pre heat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees
- Spread the sauce on the bread, place 9 cubes of marinated paneer (cottage cheese) on the bread. Place onion and capsicum on top of it. Sprinkle cheese and some oregano and chili flakes
- Let it bake in the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese melt down
- Serve it hot as a square or a toast or a slide
