The yogurt-based vegetable sandwich is the perfect choice when you are craving a healthy sandwich. Yogurt/curd that is generally available in most pantries, has been used to make this creamy-textured sandwich. It is one of those fancy and quick recipes to have for breakfast and will surely be loved by everyone, especially the fussy eaters.

Ingredients:
- ½ cup yogurt/ hung curd
- 1 green chilli, finely chopped
- ½ cup finely chopped onions
- 1/3 cup finely chopped capsicum
- Salt, to taste
- 1/3 tsp black pepper
- 1/3 tsp black salt
- ½ tsp oregano
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- 1/3 tsp sugar (optional)
- Butter
- Bread slices

Procedure:
- In a bowl, beat the yogurt/ curd well, so that no lumps remain
- Add chilli, onion and capsicum. Mix well and add the dry ingredients. Stir it well
- Heat a pan and using butter, toast one side of 2 bread slices. On the cooked side of one slice, spread the mix prepared. Cover it with the other slice
- Cook the sandwich from both sides and serve hot
