Mixed vegetable soup needs no introduction! While some like it as a clear soup, others prefer it with some slurry usually made from the blended boiled corn (just like in our sweet corn soup recipe earlier). We followed @hebbars.kitchen mixed veg soup recipe with the addition of a cup of veg stock in it.
