Flavorful cheese balls

Procedure:

  1. Mash the boiled, add garlic, green chilli and coriander. Mix it well and add salt, black salt and black pepper, mix it and form a ball of mash potatoes
  2. In another bowl, add both type of cheese, oregano and chilli flakes. Mix it well
  3. On a board, take a small ball of mashed potato mix and spread it evenly to make a small disc just like a poori. Fill in the cheese mix prepared in the center and close the ball by bringing in the corners to the center of the ball. Roll the ball prepared in between your hands to give that perfect ball shape
  4. Roll this ball in the breadcrumbs and ensure the ball is well coated. Repeat the process for the remaining mix
  5. In a pan, heat some oil and on medium flame, fry these balls. Let the balls fry and do not stir, as stirring it may break the balls. Fry until golden brown in colour. Place the balls on the kitchen paper to remove excess oil. Alternatively, these can be also baked in an oven
  6. Serve hot the crispy balls with your favourite dip
