When it comes to pizza, it becomes irresistible. And it is so much fun to keep on experimenting it in different ways, be it bread pizza (remember our #brizza recipe!) or a #pizzabomb.
Pizza bomb, as the name suggests, is a bomb of flavours & full of cheese and crunchy vegetables. It surely is one of the best ways to feed kids all the veggies hidden beneath.

Ingredients:
For dough:
• 2 cup all purpose flour
• 1/2 sour curd
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• Salt, to taste
• 3 tbsp pil
• Water
For filling:
• 1 cup finely chopped tomato
• 1 cup finely chopped onions
• 1 cup finely chopped zucchini
• 1 cup finely chopped carrots
• 1 cup finely chopped capsicum
• 1 cup boiled corn
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• Salt, as per taste
• Oregano
• Chili flakes
• Black pepper
• 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
For base:
• 3 tbsp mayonnaise
• 3 tbsp schezwan sauce

Procedure:
1. Mix the dough ingredients together and knead into a smooth dough. Cover it with a cotton cloth and let it rest for 3-4 hours
2. After 4 hours, take out the dough knead it gently for 3-4 minutes
3. Mix all the veggies in a bowl, add salt, black pepper, oregano and chili flakes as per taste
4. Mix schezwan sauce and mayonnaise to form the pizza sauce
5. Take a dough ball, flatten it to make a disc and spread the sauce prepared
6. Add the veggies and sprinkle some cheese
7. Bring all the edges to the centre of the disc and form a ball shape, repeat the process with the remaining dough
8. Pre heat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees
9. Grease the pan with butter and place the the balls prepared
10. Brush the pizza bombs with butter and sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes and bake it in the oven for 15 mins
11. Serve hot with your favourite dips
