As the bells for summers are ringing in, the wait for mangoes are finally over! We couldn’t control ourselves from trying our hands-on new recipes when we received the first batch of mangoes all the way from India. With all the love for Thai cuisine, one of the most famous traditional Thai dessert is Mango Sticky Rice. It is made with simple ingredients like rice, coconut milk and sugar, and served chilled with freshly chopped mangoes.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of boiled Thai rice
- 150 ml coconut milk
- 1/3 cup of sugar
- 1 ripe mango, cut into squares and slices and store in fridge
Procedure:
- In a pan, heat the coconut milk, add sugar and let it come to boil. Simmer the gas once the boil comes and let it cook for 5-10 minutes on sim to make it thick
- Take the pan off the gas, let it cool
- In a bowl, add boiled Thai rice and add 3/4 coconut milk. Mix it well so that the rice is well coated and absorbs the coconut milk
- Let it cool in the refrigerator for 30-45 minutes before serving
- To serve, place a scoop of rice on a place, drizzle some coconut milk and serve it with chopped cool mangoes
