Someone has rightly said, good food is equal to good mood and on a busy morning all we need is a flavourful breakfast to kickstart the day. Besan cheela or gramflour pancake is one of such amazing quick healthy breakfast recipes made up of gram flour and veggies.

Ingredients:
- 1 bowl gram flour
- ½ cup of water
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- Salt, to taste
- ½ cup onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup tomato, finely chopped
- ½ cup capsicum, finely chopped
- Oil

Procedure:
- In a bowl, add all the dry ingredients and mix it
- Now, add water and mix it well to ensure no lumps are formed
- Add the veggies, mix it and let the batter rest for 10 minutes
- Heat a pan, brush it with oil, pour a ladle of the batter prepared and spread it evenly. Pour some droplets of oil on the sides all around so that it does not get stick to the pan
- Flip it over to cook from the other side
- Serve hot and crisp with chutneys
