Our love for fusion food is no more a secret. In an attempt to create vegeterian fuison recipes, we tried our hands on mixing two most famous cuisines – Mexican with Indian. Both the cuisines are not only rich in flavours but also compliment each other. So, if you are obsessed with Indian cuisine, this one is for you!
This have a layer of crispy nachos or tortilla chips, with second layer of healthy veggies, then comes a layer of dal makhani, topped with lots of cheese!

Ingredients:
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- ½ cup green capsicum, finely chopped
- ½ cup yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
- ½ cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
- ½ cup boiled corn kernels
- 1 cup dal makhani
- ½ cup boiled red kidney beans
- Fresh cilantro/coriander leaves
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cheddar cheese slices
- 1 big bag of nachos or tortilla chips
- Oregano
- Chilli Flakes
- Garlic powder
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper
- 1 cup guacamole

Procedure:
- Preheat the oven at 180 degree celsius for 10 mins
- In a bowl add all the veggies, salt, pepper, garlic powder and add half cup of dal makhani. Mix it well
- In a baking tray spread the nachos evenly, add the mix prepared on top and spread remaining dal makhani
- Now spread the shredded cheese evenly, add corn kernels and black kidney beans, add cilantro and sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes
- Evenly place the cheese slices on top
- Bake it at 180 degree celsius for 15-20 minutes until the cheese melt well
- Serve with home made guacamole
