Grilled Vegetables

Grilled vegetables infused with indo-italian flavours – what an easy and super healthy appetiser for all your Friday night parties! Ninja Foodi Grill again there in creating this magic – with perfect char-grilled taste, this experimental recipe is here to stay.

Ingredients:

Vegetables:

  • 1 cup capsicum each – green, red, yellow (cubed)
  • 10-15 asparagus sticks (stem shortened)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup poatao (cubed)
  • 1 cup sweet potato (cubed)
  • 6 baby corn (vertically chopped)
  • 1 cup zucchini (sliced)
  • Other vegetables of choice

Seasoning:

  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (EVVO)
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • 1 tsp rock salt
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Procedure:

  • Take all the ingredients of seasoning together in a bowl and whisk well
  • Sprinkle the seasoning well on the vegetables
  • Put in the grill (for Ninja foodi grill, set it up at max temp and 6-7 min time and turn on the grill mode. Flip once in between for best taste)
  • Serve hot after sprinkling a few more drops of seasoning on top!
